It is always interesting to look back at last year's cartoons to see where the emphasis was.

Farve made it to the NFC championship where he threw another pick to miss out on the Super Bowl.  I didn't draw a cartoon.

I have two cartoons on quarterbacks losing in unusal ways.  It was also amazing how catchy "Pants on the Ground" was.

The big movie was "Up in the Air" and it seemed to fit the Jets road trip (which ultimately was not as successful as the Giants trip a couple years earlier).

The unusual coincidence in the Super Bowl with the Who's song at half time and the first play of the second half could not be ignored.

Finally, a niche cable show (Man V. Food) had Adam eating a Porterhouse steak in a special Super Bowl show.  In the game, Porter took a mistake to the house.  Another unique coincidence.
